We love to create dishes that are
traditionally Mexican but with a modern twist and offer our clients a different
approach to Mexican food. We like to use ingredients that are very common and
popular in Mexico but not necessarily popular or well known in the U.S. With
our signature dishes, we take our clients through a little culinary trip to places
like Mexico City, Oaxaca, San Miguel de Allende and even the north beaches of
the Sea of Cortez.
